Can you tell us a little bit about your business?
Satori is a women-only gym built to empower and uplift. It’s a safe, judgment-free space offering 24/7 gym access, unlimited group classes, Reformer Pilates, and personal training. Our goal is to create an environment where women feel confident and supported.

Before switching to Gymflow, what were the most frustrating parts of running the gym?
Everything felt backward. There were too many steps for the simplest tasks. The app we used glitched constantly, and customers were just as frustrated as we were.
One of the biggest issues was that we were using separate systems for membership management and gym access. So sometimes, a customer would cancel their subscription, but only one system would process it — which meant they weren’t paying, but they still had access to the gym. It created a real mess.
What helped you feel confident that Gymflow was the right choice?
A big part of it was a recommendation from someone in the industry who was running multiple successful gym locations. He was doing really well and had built his business using Gymflow. That alone spoke volumes. He said, “These people are amazing. You need to go with Gymflow.” And for someone in the same industry to share that so openly — it really meant something.
Once we got started, the support was immediate. Anytime we needed help, we got answers. It was night and day compared to what we’d been used to.

What was the reaction from your members?
Honestly, they were shocked by how easy it was. We’d get messages like, “Wait… I just tap here to book a class?” They almost didn’t believe it could be that simple. It was intuitive, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. They could find classes, book sessions, and navigate the app without asking questions.
Have you noticed any changes in sales or retention?
Massive changes. We had a dip during the migration phase, which we expected. But we quickly bounced back with a big promo. Thanks to the online joining feature, we had five new signups in a single weekend — completely online. That just wouldn’t have been possible before.
This month, we’ve had 50 new signups. For context, Satori Women’s Health Club had, on average, 10 new members per month before we took over. After implementing some changes and moving to Gymflow, that number rose to 20–25 per month consistently. So hitting 50 this month shows just how much we’ve been able to grow — and how much Gymflow has helped fuel that growth.
How has it changed your team’s day-to-day?
It’s taken a ton of stress off the staff. Everything from signups to upgrades to member management is smoother. They can now focus on connecting with members, making sales, and growing the business — rather than getting bogged down in admin.
Are there any features you couldn’t live without now?
Online joining and reporting, 100%. I can check sales for a specific date range in seconds—click, click, done. It’s all mobile-friendly and easy to access on the go. Lead management is another big one — it’s top-notch.
Upgrades are also super smooth. In other systems, that meant creating new agreements and starting over. With Gymflow, it’s just a couple of clicks.
What would you say to another studio or gym that’s considering switching but feels hesitant?
Do it. Your future self will thank you. Honestly, there’s just nothing else like it out there.
